Act Now For
Us Voting Rights Our Community Clean Air and Water LGBTQIA+ Rights
It’s time for our elected officials in Lansing to ACT NOW, FOR US!
From the State House to the Senate and to the Governor’s Office – we need our elected leaders in the state’s capitol to use their Democratic majority to act and we need them to act now.
Action is Needed Now
Michigan Democrats will lose their state House majority in January but their job isn’t over. They still control the whole state government and have the right to pass legislation, and they have an obligation to the people who elected them to use their remaining time in control to protect our freedoms and support working families.
It’s Time to Deliver on Behalf of Michigan Families & Workers
Michiganders elected the current Democratic majorities in the state legislature because we trust them to stand up for workers and create an economy that works for everyone, not just wealthy corporations.
They still have time to deliver on those promises before the end of the year. Michigan workers are counting on them to defend the increased minimum wage, protect and expand paid leave options, and make corporations pay their fair share in taxes.
We Cannot Wait to Protect Michiganders
With Trump and MAGA Republicans about to take control of the federal government, we’re in for an onslaught of damaging economic policies and attacks on our rights and freedoms.
But Michigan Democrats still have time before that happens to use their control of the whole state government to protect us at the state level. We are counting on them to pass good, proactive policies that will help working families and protect our rights and freedoms.
